High-Density Sample Storage
An optimized cabinet structure maximizes internal space utilization, increasing capacity by at least 5% within the same footprint. The largest model stores up to 73,500 2 mL vials in a projected area of 1.2 m².
Intelligent Sample Navigation
Navigator Mode organizes storage positions through a clear hierarchy of layers, racks, drawers, boxes, and tubes. Users can move from an inventory overview to individual sample details for clear, structured navigation.
Fast Sample Location
Navigator Mode guides users directly to the position of a target tube, while List Mode supports code-based order confirmation. Together, they shorten search time and reduce unnecessary sample exposure to room temperature.
Digital Sample Management
The 15.6-inch touchscreen brings storage structures, sample positions, and inventory information into a unified digital interface. Hierarchical views link layers, racks, drawers, boxes, and tubes for efficient inventory management
Electronic Lab Notes
Electronic notes replace paper-based recording by allowing sample information to be entered directly at the box and tube levels. Notes can be imported or exported via USB for convenient transfer between storage devices.
Real-Time Status Display
SmartHalo displays the freezer’s current temperature and operating status in real time. During a power outage, the temperature display remains active for at least 36 hours, maintaining visibility of storage conditions.
LED Workflow Guidance
The ring-shaped breathing light indicates order status and guides operators to the correct freezer. When multiple units are managed together, the visual signal makes target equipment easier to identify and supports a smoother retrieval workflow.
