Automated In-Tank Tube Picking at ≤ –150°C
Automated tube picking is performed inside the tank at or below –150°C without LN₂ pre-cooling refills. A cryogenic motor drive and secure rack-gripping mechanism ensure reliable operation while reducing handling risks.
End-to-End Cryogenic Protection
Samples remain protected throughout storage, picking, and transfer workflows. In-tank handling limits thermal exposure, while continuous monitoring, backup protection, and the optional CryoPak safeguard samples during transfers and unexpected interruptions.
Intelligent Inventory Management
SampleAtlas connects sample records with automated storage and retrieval workflows for precise inventory control. Biobank and Research modes support both compliant batch management and flexible small-scale operations.
Vision-Assisted Tube Identification
The vision system automatically identifies and locates target tubes before picking. It supports multiple tube brands and provides real-time error alerts, maintaining reliable recognition even in fog or frost.
SmartHalo Real-Time Monitoring
SmartHalo displays real-time temperature, operating status, and order information directly on the unit. Color-coded alerts and equipment notifications provide at-a-glance visibility, with backup monitoring continuing for over 36 hours during power outages.
Automated LN₂ Refill Control
Automatic carrier weighing works with smart refill control to manage LN₂ levels. The closed-loop process initiates refilling as needed, reducing manual intervention while helping maintain stable cryogenic conditions.
Dual-Seal Moisture Protection
A dual-sealed mechanical chamber maintains positive internal pressure, while the sample carrier seals against the partition plate. Together, these barriers provide double protection against external moisture intrusion.
